Email the Milewisp contact with your policy reference, name and contact details, plus a short account of what happened. The amount you pay towards an eligible claim is set by the applicable policy terms.
What to prepare
- Policy or reference number, and the driver and vehicle details.
- Incident date, time and place, plus what happened and any injury or damage.
- Details of other people or witnesses, and a police reference where relevant.
- Dated photos or video, repair estimates, receipts and other supporting documents.
Send only information relevant to the incident and keep the original documents and files.
